Simple Flower

A simple yet elegant cake.

1) Get some small flower cutters and pink petal dusts. Cut out the flowers and color them into different shades of pink. Set them aside to dry.

2) Piping pink lining out the cake. Make a string border around the cake and add dots. Keep the design the same throughout the cake.

3) Roll out a long strip of pink fondant and make a rope around the top of the cake.

4) Glue the flowers on top and on the side of the cake.

Chrome Hearts

It's been a while since I started making cakes.

I would love to give everyone some insight on how things get done.

Before you start making a cake,  think of a theme first!

This one is my very first fondant cake with a Chrome Hearts Theme.

I had so much trouble making the Chrome Hearts logo. Each letter was cut out with black fondant and stuck on to white piece of fondant. The black lining is made by royal icing piping.

I remember how many times I had to cut out each letter. 3 TIMES! Super frustrating but definitely rewarding.
